Simpas Live Better supplied the full windows and doors package: Reynaers SlimLine 38, MasterLine 8, MasterPatio sliders, paired with Guardian SNX 60 glass, combining precision engineering, energy efficiency, and striking clarity.

  • ELVIAL FS 50 Curtain Wall System defines the storefronts with elegant lines and uncompromising strength, creating a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior.
  • Reynaers CS 77 Doors, combined with Guardian SN 70S solar control glass, ensure efficiency, thermal comfort, and a clear visual experience, all while meeting the demands of high-traffic use.

In this tailored office project, SIMPAS reimagined steel as a defining element of modern workplace design. Secco Sistemi OS2 75 profiles, combined with Guardian SNX 60 glazing, form a composition of fixed and tilt windows detailed with Simulated Divided Lites (SDL). 

A bold steel entrance sets the tone, leading into an interior filled with light and clarity. Function and form are seamlessly integrated, creating a workspace that feels open, intentional, and enduring, where every line supports the architecture, and steel becomes an integral part of the identity.

For this distinctive residence in North Carolina , SIMPAS brought together technical precision and architectural refinement through a tailored steel installation. The project features a commanding custom entrance door, precision-engineered corner glazing, and fixed steel window units, all fabricated using Secco Sistemi OS2 65 and OS2 75 systems .
Glazed with Guardian SNX 60 glass , each opening allows the natural light to define the interior, creating a bold composition. The result is a composed balance of minimalism, where craftsmanship, performance and design converge.
