They say Steel is strong and Aluminum is light… but when our two factory teams went head-to-head on the soccer field, they both carried the exact same weight: team spirit.
Our recent company soccer match had a little bit of everything. We saw the heavy-duty, unbreakable defense of the Steel team go up against the light-footed, speedy runs of the Aluminum team. And, if we’re being honest, there were probably more out-of-breath moments than any of us would like to admit!
But at the end of the day, the scoreboard didn’t matter. This match was less about who scored the most goals and more about forging bonds outside the factory walls.
Whether you build with steel or aluminum, we proved that when we come together as one company, everyone is a winner—even if we were all walking a little bit sorer the next morning!
