Founded in 1979 by Themistoklis Simpas in Ioannina, Greece, our company started as a family business specialized in glass pane and panels supplying and installation. Over a short period of time, we managed to establish a strong presence in the local market, and expanded our facilities and production capabilities.
Growth

In 2009, SIMPAS Live Better, ran by brothers George and John, expands its activities to aluminum frames manufacturing. This marked the beginning of a new phase, full of successful partnerships with world-leading companies in the field of aluminum and steel, as well as new opportunities to enter international markets. These partnerships include Schüco, Reynaers, Secco Sistemi.

In 2015, we entered the US market, an important milestone in our company’s history. In 2021, we expanded our current facilities of 37700 SF and created a new space of 13000 SF, focused exclusively on manufacturing custom windows and doors made of top-quality steel and brass. Fast-forward to now, over 200 fenestration projects completed in various locations across the world. USA, Canada, and Israel are among them. We are a 100% export company and all our products are made in Hellas and shipped worldwide.

Our triad of transport options – CIF, DAP and DDP – defines our integrated approach. CIF covers cost, insurance and transportation, passing on subsequent duties and taxes to the buyer on arrival. DAP assumes the costs at delivery, while DDP takes full responsibility until the goods arrive at the port of destination.
