What is Tracer Factory?

Full Container Load

Steps
Step 1. Fix windows and doors with bubble wrap.
Step 2. Windows and doors’ corners are protected by cardboard to avoid collision damage.
Step 3. Frames are wrapped with protective tapes to avoid scratching.

If customer has his own packaging method, we would follow their requirements. When part of your orders needs to be transported quickly over long distances, we can offer air freight options to ship your goods across the world. For all other means of transport other than FCL, for minimizing risks of damage we are packing goods in wooden crates that are meeting the ISPM-15 requirements of IPPC/FAO.
Uploading
Your Windows and Doors will be loaded on a shipping container. Your windows and doors will be carefully packaged, and packed into the container.
Picked up container
The container is picked up from the factory via truck, transported to Piraeus port and loaded on a ship for its journey across the ocean. The size of your container will either be 20’ long or 40’ long, so clear access to the jobsite is important.
