Located at 161 Lenox Rd, Brooklyn, New York, our latest project showcases advanced building systems and glazing solutions. We used the Schüco ASS 70 FD for flexible folding and sliding capabilities and the Schüco AWS 75.SI+/AD UP 75/ADS 75.SI for exceptional insulation and security. The building features Guardian SN 70S glazing, offering excellent solar control and thermal insulation. This project exemplifies modern design, energy efficiency, and sustainability in urban architecture.
